"Everything was okay, except the room was not soundproof as listed and the air conditioning didn’t really work either. Oh the door wouldn’t lock without the top lock also. But aside from that everything was 4-5 stars. "

"This was a quick unplanned stay due to flight interruption. The phone number we had did not get us an airport shuttle, but the airport information staff called for us. They sent a taxi to get us. The morning shuttle was good. We couldn't find any close option for dinner so ate at the hotel. Dinner was fine, but seemed a bit overpriced. "

"Room was very spacious. Hotel was clean. Mini-fridge in room with available microwave in lobby if needed. Quiet room. Location is not in city center but is near several places to eat including a small plaza with several eateries. Park nearby. Less than 5 minute walk to the closest train station which would get you to city center in about 10-15, so semi- convenient location. Staff were very friendly and helpful with questions. "The family room they offer for 2 adults and 2 children only has one single bed for 2 children to share. Not ideal for a 9 and 6 year old. They did rectify it and add another single bed but the room then became cramped. They should really be offering this as a family room for 4 people. "

"Our room was spectacular. On the top floor it was a two level room with a private rooftop deck. Featuring A very large living room, dining room and upstairs a mezzanine bedroom and bathroom. Truly a unique property and the location was perfect. The hotel does have an elevator but you will still need to walk up some stairs to get to this particular room as it is located on the very top of the building. Worth it!!"
