"The carpet in the room needs to be replaced, the showerhead was corroded and minimal water pressure and it leaked throughout the day and night, the sliding door to the balcony only opened with a lot of force, the partition between rooms was filthy, the room was was not even dusted before we arrived, the toilet paper holder was broken and the toilet paper kept falling off, the elevators looks as though they hadn’t even been wiped down in weeks."

"While our stay at Tahiti Village was memorable and the food and service at 17S was fantastic, the lounging in the Lazy River could have been better. There were just too many children without tubes swimming through. I was nervous almost the whole time that I would trap someone who was swimming underwater and I would float over them… or that I would get tipped as they fought to come up for air. Almost getting hit by balls being thrown and squirted with ‘soakers’ was not what I envisioned while...
