"Var ret irreteret over at der står der er Free Wifi og så virkede det ikke. Havde virkelig svært ved at arbejde om aftenen pga. dette. Temperaturen var nok lige i den lave ende, især i restauranten"

"Run down. Bed uncomfortable. Pillows flat. Towels scratchy. Fire alarm went off at 1 am for no reason. Breakfast was just ok. Staff seemed friendly although upon checkin reception didn’t seem to speak English. Made it hard to ask questions. Wouldn’t stay again unless I really needed to save money. "

"Disappointed with the food, it was ok but a bit undercooked, some items missing, and service was a bit slow. The food used to be amazing here, the ingredients still seemed high quality but the preparation and taste wasn't as good as it used to be. The main disappointment was that the rules of the spa have changed and we were unaware we had to book the spa and could only attend at certain times which wouldn't have suited anyway. So we did not get to go to the spa as planned. In previous years...

"This place was a haven to us after a long road trip. Easy to park too. Great restaurant options and things to do nearby. The staff was great. Very nice place. Breakfast was great. Very roomy for the family. I would highly recommend."

"Very friendly front desk. Checked me in as soon as a room was ready and was willing to also let me leave my bags next to desk. Rooms as described. Great shower. Great gym and pool attached and included. Steam and sauna. Pool kept warm. Lots of parking. Attached to the hospital but easy to get to and quiet grounds. Would stay again."

"It was terrible the reception was very abusive and right from the moment we checked in and the rooms were disgusting and for all of that they had the cheek to charge £110 per night. Never again if it wasn’t for every other hotel fully booked for bank holiday I would have walked straight back out. "

"Gunstig en zeer rustig gelegen ten opzichte van Glasgow airport. Vriendelijke medewerkers en prima bar en restaurant met voldoende keuze. Het aanzicht buiten staat in hoog contract met de luxe afwerking in Indiase stijl binnen. Het hotel is erg gedateerd en ondergaat momenteel een verbouwing per verdieping. Met name vernieuwing van de badkamers is noodzakelijk. Voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid. "

"For a 5 star hotel breakfast was not on point. It was a hot plate option. Dog friendly hotel but that does not mean dogs should be on seats. This was like a 5 star butlins. This hotel lives on a name. "

"The room was grubby and tired. It needed a full deep clean throughout and the furniture needed to be relaced as it was very badly chipped and scratched and had not looked like it had been replaced in a very long time. It looked like there was no care taken with any of the repairs made in the room, all very badly done. I would not stay here again. The room was very over priced at £219 for one night with no breakfast."

"Longer walk to travel n than expected. Not a lot nearby for restaurants or sights. Was a good place to sleep on our way to next destination."

"One thing that stood out was how friendly the staff were, the reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff always greeted you with a smile and a chat. Room was clean on arrival so no complaints there. Only downsides was that the rooms are on the small side, not much room to move about in, also, being wakened up in the early hours by a delivery vehicle right outside our window wasn’t ideal. Overall, an enjoyable stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again but would request a loch view room next...

"Modern, efficient, 6 walking minutes away from Glasgow Airport. Very accommodating staff on hand to help us with some storage. Great big breakfast offered. Highly recommended."
