"Lovely hotel, very nice place. I had a very unfortunate experience due to the fire alarm sirens going off at 12:45am until 1:30am and I had to evacuate the building. Not ideal when I had an early morning meeting for work the next day."

"The room was really dark and I didn't like the open plan layout with the toilet in the bedroom (no privacy). The room décor was tired and the jacuzzi didn't work. Only 5 hangers which the staff quickly remedied. Lovely long decking area but it hadn't been cleaned and had no decking furniture so you couldn't sit outside. "We loved this little pub that was older than our country! The room was wonderful and spacious. We had dinner there which was yummy, especially the creme brûlée - it was better than the one I had in Harrods! The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
