"The property looked as pictured but was not clean. There was no toilet paper in the powder room. No paper towels in the kitchen.
No wash clothes or towels for bathing. No toilet at all. No running water in the sink of one bathroom. As well as dead bugs on the floor on the living room and lastly we had no WiFi. "Great staff! Daniel front desk agent was great! He made me feel at home.
He took time to explain everything about the hotel and walked the room and explained how everything works.
From my hospitality background this hotel blew my mind.
Food was also great! Staff very nice."

"Reception staff were awful at picking up the phone especially when calling from the room phone. We had to use our personal phone to call. The bed was nothing to talk about. Right side of the bed was broken and mattress was almost to the ground. We called severally so we can change room but no one picked up. We had to manage the night since it was just one night. Reception staff were not friendly or helpful at all. Very bad experience and will not recommend this place."
