"The hotel was stylish and new with very friendly staff and great amenities. There was also a nice restaurant on-site which made it easy to dine all meals if needed or was right beside multiple restaurants within easy walking distance. I loved the dog friendliness, my 2 pups received a little welcome gift. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Maybe the staff were having a bad day or two, but we experienced blatant rudeness from checking to breakfast. The breakfast (if you can call it that) experience was the worst. After calling them out on a few things, we did receive what I hope was a genuine apology so I guess that’s something. FYI - sofa bed is a futon. My kids ended up sleeping on the floor as it was more comfortable. The ‘white’ towels are a nice shade of brown. A real shame as this property has potential."

"The location is excellent and in walking distance to the aquarium, cannery row and the warf. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and also convenient. Would definitely go back again."
