"My experience here was great! The staff are so kind and helpful, they’re passionate about their jobs and were amazing to talk to. One pool was closed, but not an issue as the other 2 were running efficiently. Amazing food, great location, perfect resort!"

"When checking in, we didn't realize we had booked an ENCLAVE room which came with a private check-in on one of the top floors. Check-in was a breeze and the staff at the lounge were great. While we waited for our luggage to arrive to our room, we went off to one of the walk-in restaurants on site since we hadn't ate yet. Food was decent. The best spot on the resort was CocoMar. Aside from the food, the pool was great (heated) so it was easy to get in and enjoy without the fear of that ice cold water hitting your body. We also took a dip in the ocean and that was also warm which we weren't expecting. Overall our family enjoyed the location and would come back again."
