"I have been staying here the middle weekend of March for 45 years. I have witnessed many iterations of this property. The staff here is wonderful 5+ stars. The cabin we had is in a prime location on the Oceanfront. The glass sliding doors that you look through for the view have broken seals, so the view from inside is completely obstructed. "We had to stay at this hotel for one night due to a funeral that I was attending. Out of the hotels in the area, they were all $200 and up. Ouch!!. This hotel is in need of an interior makeover. The room had a little bit of a musty smell when we arrived. The AC was off in the room so it was very warm when entering. The beds are the old spring mattresses. The decor is old school. We then went the next morning to have breakfast at the restaurant and the carpet in the restaurant is buckling...
