"The room was a good size, the bed very comfortable the bathroom was good sized. The shower was over the bath with shower curtains, not great for older persons. There was a warning sign about the heated towel rail which was not heated.A request to the duty manager to turn it on, produced no result, nor a report back. "Fantastic, staff were really helpful and friendly. Had a great time, hottub is still out of order, not sure its ever actually working as stayed here 7 times in 18 months, never seen it running ... But apart from that, amazing!"

"Had everything we needed, in a great spot, breakfast great, quite noisy in the room until the pub closed but to be expected when staying in pub rooms. Helpful staff, great pub. Water pump/drain system in the bathroom was really noisy but suppose this can’t be helped with old building like this."
