"Great location - GREAT staff - 4 quirky rooms on the second floor of an old "castle" with mosaic tile floors and 20 foot hand painted ceilings - we stayed with friends and enjoyed the common area / lobby / living room - it was unique and special. "It is a nice place, close to most sightseeing attractions, all within walking distances. However, I was shocked that the staff was only willing to keep our luggage until 1 pm instead of 5 pm. This caused lots of trouble for us and ruined our last day in Rome."

Note-as we left and waiting for a taxi outside 2 men approach us and stole my backpack which contained $2000.00 hearing aids. This is no fault of the hotel but visitors need to know this does happen.
