Clean room, great staff, unfortunately, there was construction in the next building, which started at 7:30 AM, as soon as you walk outside of the hotel, the river smelt like sewage again nothing that the hotel has control over, but assumed being away from the city you wouldn’t get the same city smells

This is an absolutely beautiful and perfectly located accommodation near trevi, Spanish steps and everything else you need. It’s not a hotel but an apartment, it makes it so much better. We absolutely loved everything about it and that bathroom is unreal!! Thanks Marco, perfect stay

Beautiful furnishings, very responsive staff, nespresso machine, mini fridge with some freebees and enough room for some items for breakfast, and an amazing location. Only a few mins from the Trevi Fountain. Also, extremely roomy. Great stay!

Fantastic property in a perfect location to walk to Trevi, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Piazza Novaro’s more. Lots of great dinning options and very close to great shopping. The facility is very well kept with great service. The only complaint is the difficulty to contact anyone when need assistance. Non of the numbers connected to anyone. But overall this is a great place to stay in Rome

I can't say enough about this hidden gem. In a terrific location! Safe! Quiet! Very easy to navigate. The hotel staff was waiting for us upon our arrival. So nice and made themselves available in the event we had any needs/questions. It was really a great spot and great accommodations for my family of 4 (including 2 teens). I would absolutely stay there again-and recommend to anyone!

Hidden gem! This hotel was great! It is not easily recognizable from the street. It is on the 4th floor of a historic building. Room was spacious and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Huge bathroom/shower were a nice feature. Location was convenient and walkable to everything. It was right by the Spanish steps and surrounded by stores and restaurants.

Great small hotel in great location

Hotel is not obvious to find as inside a building with other users but in an excellent location. Room was really spacious with everything you needed and lots of added extras including free mini bar that was restocked and tea/coffee facilities. Bed was comfy and air con was good (and needed!). Marco messaged before arrival and room was ready early, accommodating my request. Would definitely stay here again, perfect base for exploring Rome!

We stayed for 4 nights at DC collection and it was fantastic! Marco, the property manager, welcomed us in front of the accommodation. We met him on our arrival day and then we communicated via WhatsApp till our departure. Marco was super helpful (He recommended restaurants, helped us book a taxi to the airport). We had an issue with the hot water in the room but it was solved quickly. The location was great and super convenient as it is at short walking distance of many main attractions (fontaine of Trevi, Panthéon, Steps of Spagna...). There are lots of restaurants and shops around. We stayed in room 401 (junior suite): big room and very clean. Nespresso coffee, tea and free drinks in the fridge every day. The bathroom was huge with 2 showers in it! Beds were super comfy. We had a wonderful time at DC collection and will stay there again for our next trip to Rome!

Excellent area to stay in. Lots of shopping and food. It was easy to get a cab and front desk staff was very helpful! Bed was comfortable and had enough pillows. It could use a paint job inside because the walls had a LOT of scraps, scratches and nicks. Other than the stay was very good.

Avg hotel at good location

Stayed at this hotel four nights recently. There is no prominent sign outside the building saying that there is hotel here. Had to ask people around to find hotel is on 4th floor and it does not have lobby on ground floor. The TV was not working on first day so had to wait until next day to have it fixed as the hotel is not staffed 24/7. One of the twin beds in the suite was bare bones made of metal whereas other bed was cushioned. See picture. I expected better when paying $600/night. The location of hotel is good though and is close to many attractions.

We had an excellent stay. The room was perfect for our family of four. The location is so central, we walked everywhere which is the perfect way to explore. There is a really nice restaurant Ginger about two doors away which did a good breakfast selection. Marco was extremely helpful and attentive if I had any questions either before or during our stay. Would not hesitate to recommend.

1. Expedia said city taxes was €140 but Marco requested that we pay €210 in cash only, We did not realize that we were being ripped off. 2. The beds at DC Collection’s were too hard to sleep on. We asked Marco if we could purchase a bed mattress pad, at our expense, and use it during our stay. He said no. We should have gotten Expedia involved at this point. Marco stopped communicating with us totally. 3. Marco had offered to refund our stay if we wanted to find another place, which we thought was gracious and a key factor in deciding to find another hotel. But when we checked out, he did not give us a receipt confirming the fact that we left after 2 nights. We soon found out that Marco did not notify Expedia that we left his property nor did he tell Expedia that he had authorized a refund us for 13 nights. Expedia tried unsuccessfully to communicate with Marco for 2 weeks. 5. We were left embarrassed about being taken advantage of and upset over being scammed out of almost €4000 and over having to deal with this over our vacation. We are still dealing with it… 6. Marco lied to Expedia and told them he only promised to refund the taxes we overpaid. This is after we unsuccessfully confronted him and demanded he return the taxes he overcharged us. In the end he did not refund us anything. 7. Even though we had documentation of everything and sent it to Expedia, they said because they were not involved they had to side with the property.
