"This is a lovely place to stay in Palermo. It is a great location, very close to the food markets and the key sites. We had such a warm welcome, as we arrived straight off the overnight train from Naples & they offered us coffee & breakfast. Also we were given our room early as it was available. The family suite with 2 bedrooms is perfect for travelling with children. Thanks for such a great stay & your hospitality!"

"We stayed for four nights at the Palazzo Sant Agostino, which is centrally located in the Capo market area. Like much of Palermo, it is a very characterful (shabby-chic) building. Our first night was in Room 7 which is downstairs in the garden area - which was a bit dark and got quite noisy in the morning (as it is underneath where breakfast is served). However the staff kindly moved us to Room 3 on the first floor which was more comfortable. The staff were super helpful overall, providing...

"Noise level of pedestrian was very high during all hours of the day/night. Was hard to sleep. Parking was on the street in a rough part of the neighborhood. Was concerned for safety, did not bring any luggage to the room, with fear or being targeted. "
