Lovely room and staff

First off, the location is great! This is a really nice area of Palermo, with loads of designer shops around, as well as nice bars and restaurants. It's a 6 min walk from Teatro Politeama, where you can get on and off the airport shuttle bus and most day trips start from there too. It's about 20 min walk to the old town centre straight down the main road (Via Libertà). Super easy. Premises are modern and immaculate. Staff try hard to make you feel at home. Lovely breakfast selection. Breakfast area available to visitors at all times to enjoy refreshments, a complimentary local liquor and read some of the tourist books available. We had a deluxe room with a safe, temperature control, fabulous bed and everything we needed. We agreed it would be hard to identify any area for improvement. We would stay again. I love this location - close to the trendy spots but away at the same time. The staff are beyond amazing and friendly and helpful and the hotel is an oasis in a busy city- pool most welcome on hot days too. And the breakfast and roof deck are lovely. I will stay here again the next time I am in Palermo

Lovely large clean room & bathroom. Toiletries in the bathroom. Staff were pleasant & helpful. There was a lift, which was a bonus, especially when you have a suitcase. We had a balcony which was nice. The main shopping street was a 2 minute walk away. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Stay at the Alma hotel for 2 nights. Room was perfect for our needs, comfortable bed, clean & bathroom with a shower. Room comes with a mini bar with soft drinks, water which are free to have. We also were given a bottle of bubbles to celebrate our wedding anniversary which was a lovely touch. Staff are extremely friendly & helpful. Hotel location is great, easy walk to all the attractions & dining spots. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, very clean rooms, beds comfortable and staff very attentive. Property secure and safe. Breakfast and lunch menu very good but no real dinner menu which is the only downside but that’s not a problem there’s plenty of excellent restaurants on your door step.

Beautiful property and friendly staff. Our room looked out over the water and marina with Palermo in the background. Such a peaceful setting to enjoy your breakfast in the morning.

A fabulous place to stay right in the centre of town. Filippo was a great host and made sure everything was right for us during our 2 night stay. Highly recommended! We got a from the airport but got the train back which was inexpensive but slightly longer than the taxi! The property was an easy flat, pedestrianised walk away - around 20 mins.

We stayed here for one fabulous week in Aug 2020; Marco was an outstanding host. He was extremely helpful, easy going and very chatty. He gave us plenty of local info and advice. We had such a great stay here. The room was so stylish and comfortable, and the staff were so helpful in showing us how to get around Palermo. Everywhere we wanted to go was in 20-30 mins walking distance which was perfect. Thanks to Fillipo who got in touch before our stay via WhatsApp and book us transport from the airport which was super helpful.

Giuseppe is the perfect host. A quietly spoken man who was keen to help. We arrived quite late and after enquiring about places to eat he not only recommended an interesting local restaurant, he offered to call them to arrange a booking. Perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Palazzo Pantaleo. Excellent service central old town location with secure parking 200 meters. Aurora and Guessipi Were perfecto. From the street One walks into a magnificent interior design accommodation great for dogs with large garden and lounge area.
