Hotel dekat Taman Regional Palm Bay

"We have been here before. The hotel is great. However, when we visited before the breakfast was great. But this last visit 07/04/2026 it was very disappointing. They serve breakfast from 7am till 10 am. We went down at 830 and the breakfast bar was low. The oatmeal was bone dry, no eggs, no bacon, no fruit. I asked the front desk if they were bringing out more food. She went back and spoke to the lady in charge of the food whom did not restock it. She brought out a Lil portion of oatmeal and...

"Staff was wonderful and room was great. One suggestion would be to have a change machine or option to pay with card for the laundry. It was kind of a hassle to go to the front desk for change at the opposite side of the building."

"The staff was just awesome! Extremely friendly and helpful.. Water in pool needed a little attention, however, it had just recently been subject to a torrential downpour but otherwise well kept."

"I have only given this property 4 stars as they have stopped the 24 hr coffee and the TV stopped working (no channels) which took about 2 hrs to rectify through the provider."

"I stayed in room 230 and was bitten by bed bugs during my stay! I told staff and they sent someone to spray the room. I refused to stay in the room so they moved me! I believe they went on to still rent out the room!"

"Room was clean. Bed was nice. No bad smell. Reception guy’s behavior was little weird. I can say not worm welcomed to the hotel. Breakfast was not good . Parking was not bad."

"Convenient in-room amenities. Ground floor room made trips to the car much easier. Only complaint would be the uncomfortable king mattress and all the continuous stomping, and sounds like chairs or table being pulled across floor. Husband called front desk on our last night; they said nobody was booked for that room. I'd stay on second floor next time for sure."

"Was a little concerned at first because of some mixed reviews but decided to take a chance and glad that I did. The staff was great, friendly and welcoming,our room had everything we needed and was comfortable and the hotel was in a good location and in good condition. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."

"The staff is incredible, the amenities are very nice. On par with our stay at the last IHG hotel we stayed at. Enough that we specifically chose the same hotel on our return to Florida. Truly a pleasant experience"
