"1 Star — An Unacceptable Experience and a Complete Failure of Hospitality
I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, but rarely have I encountered such an astonishing lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer service.
Despite having a reservation through Expedia that we were required to pay for, we were never even allowed to check in.
We spent approximately 45 minutes patiently trying to find a reasonable solution. Rather than demonstrating any willingness to resolve the...

"The room was excellent...very clean, comfortable, contemporary, and spacious. The kitchenette was very handy. There was only one negative regarding the booking. The check-in time is not until 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. It is unreasonable and an inconvenience for the traveler. It should be 3 PM and 11 AM."

"The only negative is cell service and wifi is not the best. This is not the hotel's fault. It seems like the area. The staff was exceptional. Jessica was absolutely wonderful. The room was great. We had a fridge and the bathroom amenities and the shower were very nice. The AC was extremely cold. The location was a short drive from many shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again."

"The property is not well maintained. The outdoor areas, including the parking lot and walkways/landings, are dirty and poorly maintained. The room itself was also not properly cleaned upon arrival. The sheets were dirty and had to be replaced, the trash can was missing a liner, and there were no hand towels. The sofa was particularly unpleasant, with visible stains from spills.
I understand this is a Motel 6, and I don’t expect luxury, but basic cleanliness and proper maintenance should be a...
