"We stayed in #6 and had the most amazing view of the volcano. There's a couple restaurants within a very quick walking distance- one next door, one across the street- so finding a place for dinner was super easy. The room had a lovely sitting area, a comfy bed, and a large bathroom with a shower and a jetted tub. The property had a walking/hiking trail that was gorgeous. It took us about 30 mins to walk the loop. There was also a common area with a fire pit and some chairs to enjoy the property....

"Rainforest Villa was amazing very clean, staff was awesome at all times, chefs were great, enough options for dinner in the resort as well as amenities where you dont have to leave the resort make sure to eat at la terazza as chef John is awesome. The resort feels like you right in the middle of the rainforest full of beautiful lush landscapes."

"The location was great- in between the Fortuna waterfall and Mistico park, with the town with restaurants/shops close by as well. We had plenty on room for our family of 4. There was a nice outdoor patio from which we saw a toucan eating berries in the tree. Alvaro and Carlos were very nice and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend the villas las Palmas. "

"Our cabin sits in the mountains and is surrounded by beautiful gardens with lots of flowers, tropical vegetation, and coffee trees. The room is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. We were welcomed by Natalia and Beatriz with a delicious food basket. The breakfasts were healthy and very yummy. Beatriz introduced us to the attractions and even a local soccer game. "Wonderful place to stay. Quiet and with an amazing pool/hot tub and long gorgeous views of the lake and volcano. It is a about 30 minutes from Fortuna so you will do a lot of driving."
