"We recently returned from an amazing trip to the Royalton St. Lucia to celebrate my daughter’s milestone birthday, and i couldn’t have asked for a more memorable experience. The resort was beautiful, and the breathtaking landscape provided the perfect backdrop for some incredible professional photos. Tashael from Guest Services truly went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday special. She ensured we were able to dine at the restaurant we wanted, decorated our room while we were away, and personally delivered a beautiful birthday cake to us during dinner. Throughout our entire stay, Tashael stayed in constant communication with me, making sure we had everything we needed and were completely happy with our accommodations. Her attention to detail and genuine care made such a difference. The entire staff was wonderful, and we also had the pleasure of meeting some great guests during our week-long stay. It was an unforgettable trip filled with beautiful memories, and we are already looking forward to returning—this time with the whole family! Thank you to the entire team, and especially Tashael, for helping make my daughter’s milestone birthday celebration so special!"

"Tucked away in gros islet, I truly enjoyed my stay on this Grecian inspired property. Staff was kind, especially Clemus. He was not only kind, but genuinely checked in on us w the brightest smile every morning. Our beach staff by the bar were all so funny, helpful and sweet and I seriously mean all of them. Too many to name. Anything we needed, they assisted. We booked the All Inclusive package and most of the food was amazing: shrimp caesar beach side, Masala, and Dragon Fly were the faves! Rooms were clean and comfy w personal patios, but don’t be surprised by the critters and cats you may cross paths with as that’s a part of island life. Shuttle service is fairly quick and easily gets you from the lobby to the door to enjoy your room stay. WJ offers excursion services and has their own personal dock so you can easily be picked up for any sea events. Plus, it’s minute away from Rodney Bay to enjoy the Marina or a bit of partay life. I would definitely stay here again, but just hope some of the staff moves a little swifter in resolving some minor room issues. The team waited last minute to offer an upgrade but at least they offered. The only other small misses: a tour of the property and expectations; knowing some units are connected. My friend and I had different room types but a door and stairwell connect the rooms and we have have enjoyed having access to the same units. Til next time Windjammer!"

"What started out as a shaky beginning to my stay at Bel Jou was quickly turned around by the thoughtfulness, professionalism, and accommodating attitude of the onsite manager, Dean. His willingness to listen and address my concerns made a noticeable difference to the overall experience. From that point on, the stay became much more enjoyable. The atmosphere shifted to a relaxed and welcoming vibe, allowing me to settle in, unwind, and truly enjoy what Bel Jou had to offer n they did have lots to offer. The highlight was the Thursday evening BBQ. Foood. Drinks and a great atmosphere. A special thank you to Dean for his genuine hospitality and for going the extra mile to ensure that what could have been a disappointing experience became a memorable and enjoyable stay."
