"The hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and furnishings newer. There are a lot of rooms so you could be placed far away from the elevator. For us that was not an issue but I could see it being so for others. "

"Beautiful new hotel with amazing views but there are zero amenities after 8pm. No food or drinks after 8pm and you are on an island physically so hard to leave and get anything. Don’t arrive hungry and certainly don’t expect to hang in a hotel bar. We asked for a connected room and they did not offer this (didn’t see like they tried as the hotel did not feel full). It was a waste of money to get a connecting room. Staff did not seem interested in problem solving."

"This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The property condition is dated and not aligned with the photos. The towels had visible stains on them. The coffee maker has and old and used pod in it. The bathtub was clogged then my room wasn’t cleaned on a two night stay. I’d highly recommend any travels to avoid this property at all cost. Then to charge a destination fee of $25 per day but run out of food choices a breakfast is incredibly. Id describe this as a historic...

"The location of this hotel can't be beat. You are a quick walk to all CTA lines, Metra, and bus stops. You can walk to the Riverwalk, magnificent mile, and Millennium Park. The hotel room (2 double beds) had plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. The furnishings are showing some wear and tear, but all functional. "The only negative note I had was I wanted to be able to go to my balcony to check out the city from my room but besides that. I had a WONDERFUL stay. The rooms were nicely organized and cleaned and the showers felt amazing. If I ever go to Chicago, i will definitely book with them again! "
