"I like where the hotel is located in downtown Wilmington. The only thing is that parking is not free. The staff was friendly. Also the breakfast is nice and made to order omelets were great. I was surprised that didn’t have out a diary alternative at the coffee station. I didn’t ask, but I maybe they have upon request."

"I don't know the history of this hotel, but it definitely presents as a renovated old hotel. Dirty throughout the hallways and in our room. Room was moldy smelling and if I had been staying any more than one night I would have asked for a refund and went to a different hotel. The location is great which is why I booked. Just not a great place for allergy sufferers."
