"My girlfriend and I spent 2 nights at Maison Proust last week and it was a great experience. The entire hotel including the rooms and the common areas were extremely clean and quiet. The breakfast was simple though delicious and the coffee was great. The bar offers a good selection of drinks and the lobby area including the round library are designed with great taste. "Beautiful apartment newly redone and well equipped. Comfortable bed, two smart tvs a Sonos system and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very quiet at night. A little out of the touristy areas (which is good) but close by to everything in the Marais and Notre Dame, the Louvre etc. all walkable. Lots of good restaurants and close to good shopping. Place des Vosges is an extraordinary oasis, with a beautiful park square and several cafes and restaurants, plus high end shops. Pavilion de la Reine is the JEWEL of Place des Vosges, an oasis in an oasis. It is quiet and restful, the staff, who are numerous, are extremely courteous, speak perfect English, and are numerous. And the coffee shop in the lobby has great coffee and breakfast options with good croissants and pastries. "The room was a good size and thoughtfully designed with plenty of cupboard space and a mini fridge. The bathroom was quite spacious, the shower included a hand shower and overhead rain shower. "I never ever take the time to leave reviews but I stayed here for four nights with my mom for a mother-daughter trip and it was perfectly lovely! It was absolutely beautiful and charming and the staff were excellent. The decor was so unique that we kept taking pictures of the beautiful touches. Plus the location was perfect in that it was walkable to so much. We would absolutely stay here again!"
