We had to call the hotel number so that a person could let us in. No issues coming and going after we received entry code. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. "Hotel seemed older but was clean. It wasnt super quiet but also was not loud either. We were able to sleep with little interruption. The location was okay. 20 minute walk to the tourist area and main sites. About a 10 minute walk to the train station. We felt safe in the hotel. They had locks and staff at the desk.
