Hot top was very relaxing including since they have adult time for an hour inhave no kids so.it was very nice! Room was very clean. The property was clean and the pool area was clean as well!! "

Did not request, because hotel policy said that cleaning would be done after second day, and were surprised when it never happened. Otherwise, the property is wonderful and I will stay there again, but will request housekeeping services as needed."

"Everything was clean and the staff was always available and eager to help. The breakfast set up was nice. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereals, bagels and a slicer and toaster, yogurts, muffins, coffee, milk and juices. I’m sure I’m missing some things. Oh and the most important thing to me is the fact that the bed was comfortable. My quality of sleep, according to my watch, was the highest it’s been."

"PERFECT stay at this new property. Was in Madison for a night to see a show at the Overture Center. This mid-range hotel was put together doing everything right. Free parking. Got checked in early with no problem. Room was great - quiet all evening and night, black-out shades, comfortable bed with lots of pillows, coffee (but no tea) in the room, min-frig, microwave. The shower had good water pressure. Bathroom mirror was WONDERFUL for makeup. HUGE TV. Free Wi-Fi. The bar in the lobby in the...

"This was a very minimalist place. No hand soap by the sink. They said to use the shower gel. Then outside their control the power went out in middle of night due to storm. We had no hot water and no lights in stairwell to get down 4 flights of stairs and I'm pretty certain this is a fire code violation. The weather is outside their control and now they are refusing any kind of remediation!! No concern whatsoever. They are blaming the city of Madison. Baymont will continue to hear from me."
