"Room was always cleaned staff was sooooo pleasant. Shuttle was on time for pickup and drop off. I highly recommend this hotel. Not only that you have access to the other two riu if you choose to stay at the palace which is a plus. Had a wonderful time!!!!"

"This was our 7th stay at iberostars in jamaica. 8th overall. My past reviews have all been 5 star. This was not. We understand they are recovering from a major hurricane but downgrading us from a king to 2 queens(felt like we were sharing a full all week) is not my idea of a romantic getaway. Our king room ac was not funtional (sheets were damp, room smelled like mildew). We tried havimg them change sheets and fix ac. This did not work. Finally Barrington(thank god for him) got us into a dry room(although small beds). If you advertise you are fully operational and you take our hard earned money(we save all year for this) we expect to get what we paid for. We may try another Iberostar in the future but it probably wont be the grand in jamaica"

"Our first room, you could not see any of the beach in the concierge told us it was a ocean view, but you had to look very hard so they finally moved us and put us in a room with a view that we had to look to the left to see the ocean. Unfortunately, the elevators were having major issues and people were getting stuck."

"I had an amazing stay at Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa! The resort is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the all-inclusive experience made everything so easy and relaxing. The beach and pools were stunning, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jamaica! 🌴☀️"
