"Terrible.. breakfast was a cheap microwave sandwich and the muffin is over cook taste like cardboard. They didn’t told me there is a construction doing next to my room,8am-6pm and I asked to changed room after I found it’s every day thing. Who would want to stay a room next to construction!? The pillow is cheap and flat couldn’t sleep. I had to use my travel neck pillow to sleep… everything is terrible!"

"I know it’s not their fault, but the smell was unreal on the property. It smelled like sewage so be prepared. You also need an ID to purchase a mini sprite.
Overall, the staff is pretty accommodating and the location is great. It’s literally just the smell and the sprite issue that caused a problem.
P.S. They also have a magical room phone, so use it to your advantage."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Absolutely loved our stay. Staff was wonderful and always helpful. Security was on point and I never felt unsafe. We absolutely felt comfortable and it was our home away from home. Central location attached to the mall and Planet Hollywood. Right on the strip but tucked away for peace. We will stay again. Only downside was the pool wasn't open. ☹️"
