"Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly. Parking easy. Pool looked nice, although we didn’t use it. The elevator was broken, so we were put on first floor. The walls seemed thin, and there was lots of noise from other rooms around us and above us, although sleep time was quiet. We would go back - think we just hit them on a rough weekend."

"We were traveling to visit Bloomington. Close to IU. Very clean, bed very comfortable. Staff helpful. Would definitely stay again"

"This was our first stay at this very new property. It just opened in September. Rooms are clean and updated. Very nice furniture, new carpets, new beds etc. The cleanliness outside of the hotel needs work. Lots of leftover construction dirt. Trash cans were full and not emptied. We got there at 3:45 for a 3pm check in and rooms were not ready. Staffing seems to be an issue as it is for many hotels in Bloomington. Staff was pleasant. Housekeeping walked into our room after we checked in...

"GREAT location to IU Bloomington for Family Weekend—GREAT last minute price (day of—do not pay crazy prices beforehand). Would not pay this much for this hotel otherwise—but, lots of space, clean room, many restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable bed. Quiet at night. Able to bring our dog. Plenty if space for our daughter to visit and spend time with us. Do notice the somewhat worn conditions of some things. Just fyi—boil water advisory while we were here. Set your child up with a...

"First impressions: no elevator, steps and hallway dirty and unswept, front desk clerk hard to understand and not dressed appropriately. Room was ok, not too many amenities. Breakfast is very limited. Parking lot used by truckers, but we'll lit. Probably would not stay there again"

"Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!"

"I booked this hotel for my grandchildren because of the pool, checking in found pool closed, place mess. They said tub but got handicap shower that water ran all over floor slipped and almost fell. They are renovating noise all night couldn't sleep"

"Major billing issues for my rooms. Facility is old has not been maintained well. Shower was slanted with and very slippery. Room smelled. Do not book!"

"Have stayed here many times and would happily go back. A gem of a place in the heart of one of the best college towns! Every room is unique, quaint and charming. Breakfast is delicious and sitting on the porch with a glass of wine is simply perfection. Highly recommend. Go Hoosiers!"
