"Abbiamo prenotato nel mese di settembre, la stanza molto comoda, pulita, con tutto il necessario per renderla accogliente, con vista al lago, stupenda. Il personale di una disponibilità ed amabilità incredibile. La colazione completa: frutta, dolci, formaggi, a chi piace una colazione salata molto assortita. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta, sicuramente torneremo."

"Easily one of the best properties we have ever stayed at! A gorgeous example of adaptive reuse, with original 16th century convent ceilings and floors and beautiful award-winning decor throughout. The hotel is in a quaint hilltop village with private access to a castle and a winery a short hike away. The onsite restaurant is superb, with excellent food and staff. The front desk staff are also very kind and welcoming. Very comfortable bed and room with a very effective AC. You cannot go wrong...

"je suis parti en couple à Morcote et je suis satisfait de l’hôtel et plus que satisfait du personnel. La chambre était située au 2 e étage avec vue sur le lac donc la vue etait incroyable et la chambre était très propre, la dame qui s’occupe du ménage est une crème . Nous sommes arrivés au alentours des 9 h du matin donc nous avions beaucoup d’avance mais nous avons été très bien accueilli et le temp est passer très vite avec la serveuse qui a su bien nous mettre à l’aise je recommande...

"Definitely one of the best hotels I have ever been. The whole atmosphere of the house and the surrounding area but also the rooms, breakfast, music during breakfast and the discreet but perfect service (not to intrusive) makes you feel like being in a grand hotel of the last century. "Beautiful room and bathroom at the front of the hotel. Had large balcony, shared with other rooms (although nobody else used it when we were there). Extremely comfortable room with efficient aircon. Food in the on-site restaurant was excellent, as was the hotel's home-grown/produced wine. Breakfast also great, with loads of choice. Staff polite and helpful. Some noise from passing trains when windows were open, but being near the station was a requirement for us, and this didn't impact our stay....
