Le mobilier est vieux et cela se ressent, les murs sont fins donc vous entendrez tout si vous avez des voisins comme moi qui ont fait la fête toute la nuit avec la musique à fonds. Idem si il y a du bruit dans la rue. Les photos ne sont pas actuelles donc la plupart des chambres ne ressemblent pas à ce que vous pouvez voir. Pareil pour les noms des suites, sur expedia elles sont differentes de sur leur site donc ça peut amener à confusion. Je suis assez deçu, on paie plus l'emplacement que le service et la beauté du lieu en lui même.

Plusieurs nuits passé a cet hitel, déjà les murs sont ultra fin donc vous entendez aussi bien dehors et que vos voisins. Jai eu un voisins quiba fait la fete toute la nuit avec la musique a fonds et plusieurs personnes. Le mobiliers semble tres vieux et pas dans le bon sens. On paie l'emplacement plus que la chambre en elle mêmes..

The hotel is in a very lively area. Not good for children, lots of sex shops in a 2 block radius. Room was clean and well equipped with a kitchen. Everything needed for home away from home. Reasonable uber fare to downtown sightseeing area. I had an amazing time!!

Nice stay, Great location with one caveat.

My wife and I were in Paris for five days as part of a six week tour of Western Europe. I chose this hotel because it was well reviewed, centrally located just below Montmartre district and the priced right for Paris. It did not disappoint on any of those features. The room and facilities were clean and the staff was friendly, but kind of kept to themselves. Three metro stations were within 5 minutes walk in either direction. Great little kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, utensils, etc. This worked out great because a couple of evenings we went to the Monoprix (Grocery Store) located across the street and picked up supplies and had a two charcuterie nights with wine in our hotel room. The only caveat on this hotel is that for about two blocks in either direction of the main road have a few sex shops scattered. If you are traveling with family it's just something to consider. It's not an unsafe neighborhood at all, in fact my wife and I had quite a few chuckles about some of the shop window displays as we strolled past en route to our daily sight seeing events of Paris. We would definitely stay again. Overall good value for the money in Paris.

The first employee that receive us was very nice, but the second employee was a little bit more rough when we were trying to explain him a problem that we have with the key of the hotel was not a lovely experience with him but overall, the hotel was OK and also the area of the hotel

The front desk staff were very unhelpful, non-responsive when issues arose, and generally were more interested in watching TV while on the job than helping guests. The hotel is surrounded by sex shops, sex workers, and unsavoury characters as soon as you exit the door - which we were completely unaware of until we arrived for our stay (and quite frankly the hotel tries to hide). Every time I stepped out of the front door in the evening I would be approached by sex workers trying to solicit their services - gross. The room was very small and had not been well kept up - many items were damaged (floors, walls, furniture etc). One should expect more for a 4 Star property. The wifi never worked at the hotel during our stay. The only aspect of the property which was decent is the general area around Montmartre - which is lovely, although the street that the property is on is quite unsavoury especially for families.

Great hotel

Great hotel for a family stay, very comfortable and good size. Location is great (a lot of sex shops but no problems!) and very good value for Paris. Good facilities, clean and staff all helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

The staff at this hotel were all very nice! However, I had an issue with the hot tub. I didn’t realize that it would cost me nearly $60 to use it, which I wasn’t informed about when I was told I had to reserve a time to use it. I was forced to pay since I promised my 15yo that he could use it. When his time was up, he noticed a used condom in the hamper. It was disgusting to know that a couple had sex in the tub that my son used. I informed reception who said she would see what she could do and yet, nothing was done. No compensation was made. My advice? Do not use the hot tub. Everything else was fine. When I asked for directions to the laundromat, the housekeeper, Laila, went out of her way to walk me to the laundromat to show me where it was located. That’s going above and beyond and I was grateful. I would give this hotel 5 stars if it weren’t for the condom. If my son ends up with any infection and other STD related disease, I will not just be furious. I will be suing.

Week-end black pink

Séjour de 2 jours en famille. La literie du lit était nickel, coussins et matelas confortables à souhait. Le lit d’appoint c’est à dire la canapé convertibles un peu moins mais mon enfant ne s’est pas plaint…( grincements et matelas fin). Côté salle de bain et cuisine rien à redire. Juste quelque chose à signaler en arrivant nous avons senti l’odeur de la cigarette très très forte. On ne comprend pas car il y a un détecteur de fumée dans la chambre et c’est dans cette chambre que l’odeur était très forte; peut être faudrait il vérifier si les détecteurs fonctionnent.. je viens d’y penser que maintenant car au dessus du détecteur il y a une grille avec des vis. Mais nous avons très très bien dormi et la chambre était spacieuse
