No issues with this hotel at all! Comfy beds, and good service. Restaurant was very good. We did not get the number of beds in our room that we requested, and the front desk were able to accommodate us once we asked if we could switch.

The staff seemed busy and impersonal

The receptionist does not speak English. Long queue at check-in. Daily cleaning was missing even though I had requested it for the room – every day there were no towels and no coffee/tea in the room. The place is generally worn. Sweet head waiter at the breakfast buffet and the shuttle bus service was really good. The phone in the room didn’t work, so I had to go down and speak to the receptionist face to face every time something was missing.

Really nice location for those traveling to Disneyland Paris. The accommodations were great and convenient, namely the shuttle to the park. Staff was quick to accommodate when the room wasn’t what was originally expected, including sending a technician when the room circuits cut out. Friendly staff, and great breakfast service.

This was the second time we stayed in Radisson Blu Hotel Paris, Marne-la-Vallée while visiting Disneyland Paris. The overall stay at hotel was very good, its located at very beautiful location next and one can easily visit the outlets village which is 8 minutes drive from hotel and Disneyland Paris, which was also around 10 minutes by car from hotel.

The Manager (Nadia)was excellent in listening to my concern when a/c in one of two rooms we had packed up and she did an excellent job to fix my concern satisfactorily. Very conveniently located for Disneyland and shopping.Sometimes response from maintenance was poor
