The rooms are spacious and super clean. The staff friendly enough. Did not eat any meals, so no opinions on food offer. The beds had a horrible plastic protector, once I took it out it was very comfortable. Good option as an airport hotel beause its right in front of the train, bus and airport shuttle station

First, the front desk had only one person who spent 15 minutes with a tour guide. Then the credit card service was down in at the desk and in the restaurant. The restaurant good quality was awful: the special of the day, duck, was mostly raw - actually cold in the middle, and the Cesar salad did not have any green lettuce. This was my third stay at this Pullman; the first two stays were great but it has really gone downhill.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience for our short overnight stay! Loved the amenities-indoor pool, sauna, robes in the room, wash clothes, bottled water, etc…more than we expected. The room didn’t cool as much as we had hoped, but we were still comfortable.

This time I as arranged to stay in the 1st floor and the water pressure is very good for shower. But the water pressure in upper floors where my colleagues stay is still weak. It takes quite long to check in as other visitors shared before. The breakfast is excellent !!
