"Front counter staff at arrival (2pm) seemed tired and uninterested and the smell of dog urine and visible signs on the entrance steps weren’t pleasant
However the inside of the hotel was clean, fresh and easy to navigate
Housekeeping was 5 star-our beds were comfy-always important! we stayed 2 nights price was reasonable if you are a wheelchair user I would recommend the hotel
The early morning staff at checkout gave away smiles for free

"We stayed here one night. The room was nice and clean and the staff friendly. The lobby had loud music playing which was distracting and made it hard to have a conversation. The music did not, however, float to our room. The location was nice and convenient. I would stay here again if looking for a short stay, as it was a good price for the room. "

" The location was excellent, for walking and for access to public transportation.The 3 bedroom suite had plenty of space for 4 adults. I had one meal in the restaurant, a chicken caeser salad, which was very good. But considering the cost of the stay, I expected the accommodations to be slightly better. There was supposed to be a VIP gift card, but the only perk offered was a free glass of house wine or beer in the bar, so I assume that was it.
