"This was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. The location is really convenient, right above Victoria station. 10 mins walk to Buckingham palace. Bus stations all around to get us everywhere. When we got there, there were a bit of stairs in front of the entrance. There's an attendant there 24/7 to help you carry suitcases up and down those stairs, which was super appreciated. "Worst check in experience. Hotel was booked and paid in full a month in advance. Got to the hotel and they gave my room away. Manager on duty was extremely rude and unapologetic. Was given a room in their sister hotel which was not in an area I wanted to be in. For a hotel to take payment and then not honor the booking is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend booking here."

"A nice clean hotel. The room was small and had no drawers to put clothes. You had to live out of your suitcase sitting on the floor. Good central location to many of the historical sites."

"This place is lovely but not ideal for children or babies .. on checking in had a lovely chap who carried my pram up as in carried the baby but you wouldn’t want to do 3/4 floors of stairs too often as there’s no lift. The fridge in my room didn’t work although it had drinks in .. so babies milk and food at to go in the chefs fridge . In the morning I struggled as no answer on the phone as needed I’ll for the baby . I then came down my self to find there was : staff on all in the restaurant...
