"It was a nice enough clean hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. The first time I went to use the pool I couldn't bring myself to get in because of hair, bugs, spit and other stuff floating on the surface. I went to the desk and asked if the filter was broken and the young man went immediately and cleaned to pool himself and reset the filter. "We started our stay by having lunch in the restaurant. The beer they brew on site was very very good as was the food and the service. Our room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. The only negative was our experience in the pub they have in the basement. It was a mediocre experience. So we recommend the hotel based on our experience with everything except the pub. Plenty of free parking as well"

"OK, place to stay if you have very low expectations. The staff was not helpful at all, offered to send my wife to Walmart to get quarters for their laundry room. TV remote did not work, TV was too small. The guy upfront was terrible who checked us in. Didn’t seem to know anything. For a family of four, there was no place to hang towels in the bathroom. We ate at the Oak room as well and had terrible service there. Orders were wrong, we had to ask for more water after our glasses sat empty for...
