"Fabulous…we stayed 3 days is everything that Chateau Courcelles wasn’t. All the staff were always opleasant, smiling and attentive. All the food was lovely and the 2 Michelin star restaurant was as it should be great food , great service working like clockwork…the owner Mr Nasti and his wife were always around which is nice and sets the high standards they achieve…the historic town of Kaysersberg is well worth a visit..beautiful. Great food , very high standards. "

"Good stay overall. We stayed for a couple of nights in the family room #10. Room was clean, comfy and spacious. The bedroom is made of 2 rooms. The main one includes the double bed and the bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The second room has 2 single beds and a separate toilet. Both rooms have a balcony, TV’s and wardrobes. Staff was friendly, especially the two ladies from the breakfast. Buffet breakfast was good, with a good selection of bread, pastries, cereals, juices, etc. Private and secured free parking at the back of the hotel. "
