"The hotel is very nice the bar area was great until after midnight when everyone and anyone came to the hotel for the club. It was very scary at times with the people that were walking around in the hotel. If you are looking for a party hotel this is it but the only problem is the people that are let in after 12pm. Also, no real security like police on the property. Food at Levante was amazing!!!! The food and wine festival was also amazing. Drinks at the bar were super expensive $37.00 for a ranch water which as tequila and club soda (crazy) vodka and club soda $22.00. how does that make sense."

"This hotel is OLD!!! needs everything updated, the room layout is ridiculous, the closet, fridge and coffee maker is inside the bathroom, the house keeping is bad… the pool area and beach are fine, there’s not room service or food options other than a pool bar and the hilton across the street. I don’t think l will be coming back and it’s way to expensive for the value you get"

"During previous stays at IHG hotels, housekeeping service was typically provided every other day. Since I arrived on Saturday, I assumed the room would be cleaned on Monday morning. Housekeeping came to the room around 10:00 a.m. on Monday, and we informed them that we were getting ready and asked if they could return within the hour. We then left the hotel for a few hours to go to the beach. However, upon returning, we found that the room had still not been cleaned. We went to the front desk several times regarding the issue, and eventually it got to the point where we simply requested fresh towels so we could shower and prepare for our reservations that evening."

"The bar was beautiful with nice drinks, however, the rooms are horrible. I had to change room twice because of water leakage. The bathroom is dirty and the sink area is like 12 inches. My husband couldn't fit and he isn't fat. Finally my family of 4 had to be in multiple rooms because they couldn't accommodate what we paid for."

"The breakfast was fantastic and had amazing variety. The staff was helpful and kind. The pool was clean and the whole place was very tidy. My kids and I had a great stay . Room was fine just a little small but still worked great ! Great value "
