"The entrance to the hotel is horrible, it's through a small door between two buildings and you need to find your way to entrance through tables of the tapas restaurant with all your luggage. The towels were not clean, they were changed daily but each time we've got a dirty one, the hotel might need to change the washing or drying machine they're using. "Very nice hotel, clean comfortable and well located, easy connection to centro with E1 bus. Nice mall at walking distance. "Close to Plaza Mayor which was perfect. Breakfast pastry delivery was a nice surprise. Our rooftop room was amazing with great views. There is an elevator to most floors that must be accessed by stairs and the coffee corner is a couple additional floors underground and not able to be accessed unless you go down 20+ stairs."
