"lovely quirky inn from the 1600's the room was very welcoming, music on, lights on, water available and a very comfortable bed. and a very clean room. i had fish & chips dinner from their restaurant. my only complaint (and i did mention to the inn) was the silvery skin was left on the fish & it wasn't cod. for me that was a turn off, but the rest was very good. they can make you several types of coffee drinks and there is a full bar. the really nice thing is that you can have your food in...

"This was an amazing experience! These people have been doing this for 40 years, and have it down! Hospitality is second nature to them! Everything was lovely! They gave us the family suite so we wouldn’t have to bring our luggage upstairs. Hilary made the most perfect breakfast and it was so lovely to chat with her. Highly recommend this place for home away from home! Definitely going back again!"

"The stay was very good. My only slight criticism was that the digital check-in details, in which I gave details about my arrival and a request for a first floor room didn’t appear to have made it to the reception staff. The actual check-in receptionist was very good. "

"Well located next door to the train station/Stonehenge tourbus stop and easy and safe walk to everything in Salisbury including enterprise rent a car, which was nice for driving to Dartmoor National Park. Plenty of space for family to spread out in the 2BR unit with plenty of seating in living room. Lovely place, well appointed, and good value for money. I highly recommend."

"Stayed here for one night. Room was immaculate with large slipper bath & walk in shower. Plenty of tea & coffee provided & 2 bottles of water. Yhe ki g size bed was really comfortable. The full English breakfast was freshly cooked hot & very tasty. All the staff were very efficient & friendly. Would thoroughly recommend staying here."

"At check-in I was asked to pay when I had already paid. I was told that I had to enter my car reg into a machine to get free parking. I could come back any time to my room, but after 10pm I could not access the machine after 10pm. Duh! This place is unattended overnight. The room supplied tea and coffee but only one cup in a double room. No one onsite to get another. No glasses even for a glass of water. The description of the property stated that breakfast was available, but there was...
