That was my fifth and last stay in this hotel. They did not have front desk operator and need to walk 100 to 200 m to next building to get anything. At check in and check out not bery convenient with all your bags Earlier there was nice pool area just across the street. Now seafood restaurant . Through same walking again you could get to small pool full of sceaming kids. Not recommended for Europeans

Be very wary

I broke some glass on the balcony and cleaned it up and left safe for the cleaner. That night I reviewed a letter with a picture of the broken glass and that I would have to pay a fine which I did. I had to wait 20 minutes at checkout as there was a towel missing. I made them check again and they found it but as it had a coffee stain on it they fined me again which I paid. Wouldn't even lend me an umbrella without signing it in and out. Very untrusting so not going back.

I rarely review hotels. On the off chance I do, it’s more likely to be a positive one than a negative one. But this hotel was exceptionally subpar for the price. I don’t mind the rooms very dated. But the plumbing fixtures made a mess of the bathroom. When I requested they be maintained, they did work properly. But why not perform routine maintenance. The service is what stood out as ridiculously awful. Any problem you have, management is cheap and lazy and doesn’t help. Not the way of hospitality in Thailand. Stay at the hard rock for a couple more dollars. The location here is slightly too far north. It’s not quiet but it’s not convenient to night and day life…..

Wonderful beachfront property! Got a nice room with a beach view; unfortunately later needed to move rooms due to air conditioner issue. Ms. Ink at the front desk moved us to a better room! She was so nice and helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience and very accommodating. The nicer room was an added bonus! During the room change, I left a jacket behind, but the housekeeper found it and delivered it to our new room before I noticed it was missing. What fabulous customer service all around. Highly recommended affordable beach stay.

Super Hotei. Lage Ideal

Dieses Hotel ist sehr zentral. Es liegt nur 1ü0 Meter vom Pattaya Beach Strand entfernt. Die Zimmer sind alle zum Meer ausgerichtet. Also Seaview Total. Einziges kleines Manko. Die Anschrift sm Hotel an der 3 Strasse, ist leider nicht sehr deutlich. Die Taxifahrer haben mühe das Hotel zu finden.

這飯店幾乎每間都看得到海＆沙灘

面海房，走路一分鐘到沙灘，附近很熱鬧，逛街吃飯按摩看秀都不用搭車，步行就可以到。熱鬧的地方缺點就是不夠安靜。泳池比較小，如果想用同集團另一間的大泳池必須付費一百泰銖／人。

We had booked a room with a double bed, but the hotel had either overbooked or given our room to someone else. They said they gave us an upgrade, but we only had twin beds for my husband and I, and it was the same room I booked, just with some view of the sea. With being given twin beds, to us this was a downgrade (we're not concerned about the view). We felt a little annoyed getting in late at night and having had our booking changed, so we wouldn't stay again. Generally good value for money, but there was nothing about the hotel that we felt would draw us back.

The room was nice comfortable bed nice balcony. Bathroom was spacious with a shower and tub. Small fridge no microwave. The pool was ok but right beside the front entrance. Not great location but nice view of the beach 2 minute walk.

ここは完全に隣のA-ONEクルーズホテルの別館と言った位置づけ。チェックインチェックアウトが出来るレセプションと小さなプールがある以外共用施設はありません。朝食も隣のクルーズホテルでします。朝食は品数も多く毎日少しずつ変化します。普通の人ならば満足できると思います。お風呂も広く湯舟も大きくて深く日本人好みです。ビーチも近くのて便利です。
