Man muß bedenken, das es eines der ersten Hotels in Pattaya ist ! (ca. 50 Jahre ) ! Ich bin seit 1989 regelmäßiger Urlaubsgast und habe den Werdegang des "Nipa Lodge, Nova Lodge, Centera Beach Hotel und momentan des Basaya Beach Hotel & Resort". Seit den letzten Jahren laufen dort aufwendige Renovierungsarbeiten, was auch dringend nötig war. Positiv zu bewerten: Es ist kein Hochhaus-Hotel und seit kurzem sind auch Haustiere willkommen (Pet Hotel)!!!

Slitt resort hotell, fantastisk beliggenhet.

Et slitt hotell, men den har det en forventer og trenger av fasiliteter. Stort ite område skjermet for innsyn ig trafikk med stort bassseng i hagen. Det finnes garantert ikke bedre beliggenhet om du vil bo sentralt i Pattaya. Nærmere stranden, butikker, restauranter, uteliv og shopping kommer du ikke. Men dette hotellet er ikke for barnefamilier, Da gjennomsnitt gjestene er menn fra 60 år og oppover.

Great Location but poor facilities

What must once have been a great hotel in the perfect location has suffered due to neglect. The location is still great but internal facilities are very poor and need major upgrades. The internet was patchy at best and when power was lost one night, it took more than 12 hours to restore. With no explanation or apology from Hotel Management.
