Front desk staff: i paid for an ocean view room and when i went to the front desk to talk to them about it they told me that it IS the right room but there is no ocean view. Everyone at the front desk was curt, uncooperative and borderline rude. None of them wore any nametags and even after asking them gor their names, they refused to do so. It took me almost a FULL DAY to work with Expedia AND the hotel to try to get a refund on the remaining nights.
The vibe of the hotel is SO BAD and UNWELCOMING that had originally planned to spend 5 days and 4 night, i checked out the very next day..
This was perhaps the WORST front desk / reception experience EVER. They were completely unapologetic and god forbid never even cracked a smile or said ANYTHING that felt remotely welcoming.
This hotel is a sham, the front desk is AWFUL, they have lied about their rooms. The rest of the staff especially the people who help with the luggage were SUPER KIND and nice..
I used the washroom on the ground floor and it has an approach with 2 sets of single steps that You may end up missing and falling flat on your face like i did…
NEVER EVER COMING TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN !!
