4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Amenities
The location is too far from the center Pattaya. You will have to get taxis to go anywhere. Not really a gym onsite. TV,s are old all hotels need smart TV'S it's 2026. Didn't see any amenities in the room. Front desk employees seem okay. I had one try charge me for some bogus damages that wasn't mine it was another person. Then tried to charge me for food when I paid cash.

It is a nice hotel and the staff keep it very well maintained and clean. The booking says there is a hot tub but im not sure if it is seasonal or it needed repairs. I never saw it warm
