Great location, 3min walk to Terminal 21 shopping centre and about 200m from beach front. Nice large pool and water slide for the kids. Staff were friendly and buffet breakfast was pretty good.

Hotel itself, room, and food were all good, as was the location. Staff let it down though, we had numerous examples of service that was inconsistent with a 5 star hotel.
