I really appreciated this, so I didn’t have to keep repeating myself. The staff always greeted you with a hello and a smile and the room was clean and fresh to high standards. I always make sure I stay here when working in Bedford and look forward to staying again...

"Needed an escape from the London heat, and the price was affordable for inclusive breakfast, swimming pool and free parking. On arrival the staff was lackluster, but I guess we were all feeling the heat. I was caught off guard that we had to book a pool session and it only lasted 45 mins. I guess it was a busy time but still found it highly unusual. The room was clean and spacious with all basic amenities. The hotel is less than 5 mins to the main shopping area. "The room and bathroom were not cleaned properly, the hotel looks outdated and worn, and we couldn't sleep well as someone kept opening and shutting the door all through the night and it was so loud, it shocked us awake."

"From a value perspective, this location was excellent. Breakfast was provided, rooms were comfortable and there was a Harvester restaurant across the parking lot which worked out well when we arrived back after a long and exhausting day. The location is perfect if you are visiting Oxford, Cambridge, Bletchley Park and surroundings. Staff were wonderful!"

"I had a single room which was well laid out with an excellent on-suite. The bar was well stocked with very good hot bar snacks. My only negative was that they did not have draft beer. There is a large screen tv. The staff were attentive and very professional. I will stay here again if I'm in Bedford. I"
