"This is a newly remodeled boutique hotel. It is a very nice place to stay. Old hotel, I mean like historic, with a lot of stories. Appointments are are a little period correct with a mix of modern convenience. We filled out the menu card in the room after our arrival and the breakfast was delivered to us on time. Fresh and delicious! I cannot say enough about this great place to stay and so close to downtown features. "

"They had “an incident “ that took employees away from their jobs. We arrived at 8pm and they told us our room was not ready. Then he said it was. There was an unknown substance splattered across the wall and the mirror. For the money and the notoriety I expected more. Not worth the money. "

"This hotel was excellent! Every staff person was friendly and helpful. They took good care of us! This is a good place to stay if you are going to the ORPHEUM, FedEx arena and downtown. The hotel itself was unique with loft style rooms. The rooms are quiet and we got good sleep here. We highly recommend this hotel"

"Wonderful hotel...loved the lobby! Our room was great...super cool AC...comfortable beds...really nice bathroom with sliding barn door to separate shower/toilet from sink/vanity..hot shower...lots of space...great view with very high ceilings so super quiet...walked to Bealle St."

"Reserved a king bed weeks in advance for wife and I , on arrival we’re stuck in a double 2 bed. Barn doors that slide for bathroom wouldn’t stay open so had to rig’ up by propping open, good shower and water pressure, nice view, nice valet gents, but staff wouldn’t help with king bed res’, neither did Expedia, which only offered a coupon sf some sort through an AI message😩, so plan is to delete app and never stay at Canopy again, but atleast the Robert Plant show was excellent!"

"Good location. Room was clean and spacious. A plus was the self-serve laundry area on our floor. The staff was exceptional. We had issues with our luggage delayed by the airline and the staff worked with us to an exceptional level. Every staff member we encountered was cheerful professional, and accommodating. Highly recommend recommended! "

"Our room was across the hall from a meeting room. A breakfast buffet was set up 5 feet from our hotel room door with people going through the line filling their plates at 7:30 in the morning. It woke us up long before we needed to be up to check out. Also the balcony in our room is so dark that we couldn’t read or eat at the table provided . The staff were all very helpful and friendly. "
