Once inside, I was directed to a set of lifts that did not provide access to the floor where my room was located. There was also no clear information about the available breakfast options or serving times. On the positive side, the hotel was well located, and the room was clean and tidy."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to everything. The train station was less than 10 mins walk. There's a Tesco express and a Sainsbury's right outside the hotel. The room was clean and spacious enough to fit a queen bed, double sofa bed and a cot. We had a comfortable sleep. We used the pool once, there was a steam room as well. The freezer section of the refrigerator is one solid block of ice, pushing open the freezer door. It's so bad that a person needs to make sure the fridge door is closed.
