"I am having a business trip to Guangzhou and believed my trust on Westin as I have been Westin's loyal patron for quite a while. The lobby is nice with wonderful artificial scent, which I liked, however, I don't know what is wrong with the Concierge service. I went to their counter for the first time for a small paper bag with hotel logo, yet the staff, after understanding what I needed, left me there alone without offering any help and second time, I was there to get a room card as mine was locked inside of my room. Again, without any substantial assistance, I was redirected to the front desk. In my understanding, Concierge is where patrons get help, rather than getting redirecting to other staff. It should never be serving as a relay station. It is obviously not matching the stars of Westin and it made its patrons feel bad and helpless."
