"Great location and access to downtown Carmel. We parked the car at the hotel and just walked the whole weekend. They have complimentary car charging as well so that was nice. Hotel room accomondations were great and bed was comfy. The complimentary breakfast options was really good, better than what I was expecting. Overall a great choice if you are looking for an in town accomondation."

"Breakfast buffet was just Okay. We actually only went once. With the many coffee shops with pastries, we preferred to forgo the breakfast buffet at the Normandy Inn. Location is great. If we can get a parking spot, you don’t have to move your vehicle the entire time in Carmel."

"Everything was great. Small things could be better: In the room, "Heat" did nothing, but setting the Thermostat to 'cooling' actually switched the HEAT and fireplace on... (room 104). Also, it would be lovely if the top windows could be somehow covered like the patio ones - it gets super bright in the morning. But overall, great stay, one of the best in Carmel, and Parking is a big plus."

"Going there from Carmel, there is no GPS signal, so we missed the entrance and ended up taking an extra hour of driving. But once we got there it is very nice. "

"Beautiful property. Like going to Europe without actually being there. Centrally located within walking distances of everything you’d want to see, visit or go eat at in Carmel. Of course, you have a Michelin star experience at the hotel as well in their restaurant. The attention to detail all around, including the staff and service, was impeccable "

"The breakfast was THE BOMB! I don't know if you've seen the Key & Peele skit about continental breakfasts, but that's how I felt. However, the food was actually quality. ALSO, they had complimentary wine tastings from the tasting room next door, which was really cool. Very cute, boutique hotel; would definitely go again! Plus, they're really friendly and nice : )"

"Fabulous location in the heart of the city and walking distance to everything from the ocean to restaurants to shops to theater. Il Fornaio is right there and the self parking area in the hotel is comvinient. Will most certainly stay there again, since everyone is so nice!"
