"The room service from housekeeping was horrible. I had hair left over on the shower floor when I checked in on Monday, I brought it to their attention on Tuesday and Wednesday, it was still there on the floor. The housekeeping dont clean well. Also the parking is horrible, I had to park 1/3 block away on the 3rd floor and haul my luggage to the hotel. Very limited parking."

The day we were at the pool, the cafe was closed. If you go to the pool, go early. If you wait, there may not be any chairs. We had to rent a cabana. Definitely not worth the money.
