"Upon arrival l was greeted by friendly staff who provided me with a welcome drink and a cold towel, which was much appreciated after a long drive from Ubud. The staff helped me with my luggage and explained about the pools, breakfast, and my room. "We loved our stay at Hidden Hills Villas, our room was beautiful and spacious, we loved the privacy of our own sun lounges, garden and pool. The sunsets from our villa (Santorini) rivalled other locations in Uluwatu, the best thing being that we had the view completely to ourselves to enjoy.

After waiting for about 2 hours at lobby without aircon, when we asked again, they told us that the room was not ready, we have to wait another 2 hours. I was so upset because we are very tired. we fly in from melbourne, in which we have to wake up at 3am in the morning. Then we settle for a not so good room, and it was noisy, near construction side. Another event that happen is that the room was supposed to be cleaned when we lelt for lunch, but when we came back at 4,30pm, it was not cleaned at all. I was upset again. The room has alot of mosquitoes, I have so many mosquitoes bites. The breakfast was not great at all. For a Aud600/night this hotel is a rip off. Not worth at all and I would not recommend it. This the worst hotel that I ever stayed"
