Check in was great with a very helpful member of staff, full of information about the hotel and different dining styles. We had a great night in a comfortable room, well appointed. "Room historic and atmospheric; staff make the place ; each one without exception was friendly and me feel right at home "

"The room was really clean, the staff were really nice and helpful, while I didn’t eat here the bar and dining area were super clean and looked beautiful. The whole place was decorated really nicely. In my room they even had a chair that was big enough for me to comfortably sit in which is rare given that I’m morbidly obese so it was a very pleasant surprise. "Accessible room was perfect. I chose not to have breakfast so not able to comment on breakfast or bar area, because fir my visit I was visiting family and had lots of activities planned with them. Room was clean and the walk in shower in the accessible room so much better than trying to climb into lowered bath to have a shower. "
