"This was my 2nd stay, this time with children 7 & 3. The facilities for the kids was fantastic. The separate pool with waterslide was a big hit as was the playground, kids club and activities, movies in the garden and kids happy hour. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and very clean. All staff were amazing and so friendly. The only thing I could suggest is that the pillows are very thick. One not enough but two is too high. Maybe a thick and thin pillow. Great Stay!
"Well beyond expectation. Looking at the pictures before our stay, we thought it was going to be a so-so experience because the hotel doesnt look as big as others around the area. However, our experience was wonderful! Service was flawless, quick, and friendly. Room was spacious and clean, and it truly felt like a 5 star experience. Minor feedback is on how thin the walls felt as we can clearly hear noises from outside or from our neighbors. "
